Management of learning is not easy because we often find students sometimes have difficulty in learning. For this reason it is necessary to increase the excitement of learning innovation in learning, especially math. To get the innovation is not easy. Because it is not easy for educators to change the style of teaching and they are always in demand to adjust teaching methods according to the demands of progress. In the review of learning styles of teachers / lecturers there are two views of result oriented vs. process-oriented. Development of learning innovation is not easy because of the large diversity of concepts starting point (starting point) for the commencement of educational innovation. To increase students' desire to make students feel happy and motivated in their learning, then educators need to realize the learning paradigm shift. Example is the learning paradigm shift from traditional to progressive learning such as:
1. Teacher-centered to student centered
