Differences in the ability of students to different mathematics lessons capture an obstacle for teachers to complete the learning of mathematics in schools. In today's era of globalization the national education system must undergo reform. National educational reform can be done in two ways: macro and micro. In the macro, national education reform must be able to renew the vision and develop the educational paradigm. Reducing the constraints of education by staying improve the quality and professionalism. For a teacher, educational reforms at the macro level for some it may be beyond his thinking and his ability. But teacher education is a critical success, then teachers can serve as object and subject of education reform by improving the ability to educate and manage the class.

Here, the role of mathematics, because in mathematics there are values ​​that can be viewed from the context of ontological, epistemological and axiological within the limits of intrinsic value, extrinsic and systemic. Math scores have a range of levels, the lowest is that if only our own use. A higher value if we can use it for public interest. While the highest math scores if it can generally be used for wider interest. If all this can be applied to the noble values ​​in the nation can reach back.

For that educators need the support from all circles, so that they can realize a good teaching. The development of increasingly sophisticated technology today is very beneficial for education. Because many software that can be used to facilitate learning. One example of software that many use is Microsoft Word 2007. Use of Microsoft Word 2007 can be used in learning geometry at the level of Junior High School. So learning more interesting and fun because these applications can be easily used by teachers and students. Besides software Microsoft Word 2007 there were almost in every new generation of computers. In addition this software also enhances students' creativity in a way to investigate or probe geometry concepts. So that students are more active in learning.
